Mark A. Gaeta

Mark A. Gaeta is a civil litigation attorney and founding partner of Hancock Gaeta, P.A. Prior to founding Hancock Gaeta, Mark worked as a trial lawyer for a top-tier insurance defense firm in Fort Lauderdale handling a wide variety of cases, including automobile negligence, wrongful death, slip and fall/premises liability and commercial dispute. That experience taught Mark the inner-workings of insurance companies and how they defend suits brought by injured people. Mark’s inside knowledge gives him a competitive edge when negotiating and/or litigating against insurance companies. Mark’s experience helps get his clients the full compensation they deserve for their injuries, pain, loss of income and the many other consequences caused by the negligence and mistreatment of others.

Mark attended the University of Central Florida before returning to South Florida to obtain his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.  He has worked since he was 16, and he continues to work hard for his clients.
